Conservation of Dalmatian and Pink Pelicans
The Dalmatian and Pink Pelican Conservation is a program that studies and protects rare birds in the wild. To preserve the Russian pelican population, scientists need to monitor and estimate the number of birds, their movements, and the well-being of nesting colonies.

About
We are a community of environmental and IT specialists whose goal is to introduce modern methods, particularly AI, for environmental monitoring.
Mission: AI methods for environmental monitoring
Strategy: implementation of AI methods and analysis of data from populations of rare or dangerous species.
The basic project was initially the “Conservation of Dalmatian and Pink Pelicans,” based on the EARAZA program and supported by ornithologists from the Moscow Zoo.
